reign over everything / take over everything (magica x scrooge x poe)
Magica was genuinely happy - not the malicious smirk of making her enemies suffer, nor the lustful glee of a good night in Scrooge's arms - no, what was on Magica's face this evening was of pure happiness. And why shouldn't she be? The one person nearest and dearest to her heart was finally coming home. The moment she'd gotten the notice - via a letter tied around a raven's leg - she ordered the most lavish celebration the coven could create for his arrival. All the best wines were to be brought up, the fattest pigs slaughtered...
The entire castle was gathered in the throne room - slaves, witches, warlocks, relatives and minions, all were to be there for the return of the second head of the coven. The moment the doors opened, the music played, and everyone else fell to their knees in worship.
Funny enough, the man in question didn't appear to give a damn about what was going on.
Sure, he was smiling, but he wasn't acknowledging anyone he walked by, no matter how loudly they called his name and praised his safe return. As far as Lord Poe De Spell was concerned, there was only one other person in the room - his dear sister.
Once Poe arrived at the base of the thrones, he put an arm to his stomach and bowed graciously. Magica in turn placed a hand on her dress for a simple, quick curtsy. "It is good to see you home safe and sound, Poe."
"It's good to be home, Magica." He raised his head. "The conquest of the southern territories was a complete success. They shan't be giving us anymore trouble."
With the formalities over with, Magica suddenly ran into Poe's arms, and he held her as tightly possible.

Poe pulled out of Scrooge - perhaps a little roughly - and sat on the bed, wiping sweat off his face. What an... unusual night this had been.

Poe clicked his tongue. How sentimental. Still, Magica had made it clear - the slave was to be treated gently, for whatever reason. For now, he'd obey... but he also would make sure his sister wasn't being used as a pawn.
Poe slid under the covers as well, holding Scrooge's other side.

Still, being under the covers between two people was going to make things difficult when he wanted to slide out to avoid leaving too much filth on her sheets.

"We're certainly not." Poe agreed - he definitely wasn't going to leave on any missions until he knew more about Scrooge.

Magica didn't mind waking up without her brother - she was used to it, him being an early riser, the studious one between them. Still, the coven didn't rule itself. She quietly yawned, stretching up in bed.

"Good morning, Mistress."

He waited for her to retrieve the collar, a brief flicker of wistful longing crossing his face while her back was turned. He hated wearing the collar. It was better than the ones he'd had growing up, but the feel of air on his neck was pleasant.
"Did you sleep well?"

If Poe couldn't learn to take care of her things, he wouldn't be allowed to play with them.

The kiss was better. It was.
...Perhaps if he repeated it enough, he'd believe it.

With that, Scrooge turned and walked somewhat stiffly out of her bedroom door. Once he was outside, he glanced up and down the hallway before allowing himself to wince and softly groan. It had felt good once Poe had stopped pounding him, but now he was paying for it.

Magica used magic to quickly clean herself up and dress, still going over the events of last night in her head. Perhaps she had been acting a tad differently since Poe left... but. Well. Scrooge was special. And didn't Magica deserve all the special things in life? Surely Poe would come to realize Scrooge's uniqueness in time, and treat him as he deserved.

Honestly, Poe made him a bit uneasy. Something about the way the man had stared at him. No, not at him. Into him. Though what he'd been looking for, he didn't know. Scrooge was of the McDuck bloodline, a bloodline born of cowards. What could Poe possibly be searching for?

But. Hmmm.
Poe ran his fingers along the spines of the books. This was more than alphabetical order... like was with like, and without a spec of dust.

He was somewhat surprised to see Poe there, but he bowed. "Master, Mistress is expecting you for lunch in her workroom."
no subject
"You cleaned this place." A statement, not a question.

He walked up to Scrooge. "You did this all by yourself." Now it was a question, sort of.
