[The world trip has done a number on all the participants, but Antoine has resolved to keep moving forward with his head held high. He also believes that he needs to better connect to the people of Nautilus, which is why he has borrowed Tails' kitchen for this unusual broadcast.]

Bonjour, my fellow Awakened! Eet ees I, Antoine D'Coolette, and I am here to once again share my wisdom with you all. Last time, I spoke of affairs of ze heart, and today... affairs of ze stomach!

[He laughs at his own... 'joke'?]

But of course, sometimes ze way to your love's heart ees through ze stomach, non? And yet I am finding so many of you prefer to bend your food instead of making eet! I am understanding ze easiness... but cooking, when done right, is a proud art! And so, I will be teaching all of you today a very simple dish - Swiss chard and cheddar quiche! I have already gathered ze ingredients, like so. You will be needing...

[He gestures to the table in front of him, with...]

Salt and pepper, 1 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 bunch Swiss chard, 1 chopped onion, 3 large eggs, 3/4 cup half-and-half, 2 ounces of cheddar and 1 prebaked 9-inch piecrust.

First, while we are getting things set up, you will preheat ze oven to 350.

[As he turns his back to do so, you might spot a flash of blue go by the window. Probably nothing important. Anyway, he turns back around, and begins doing all that he says.]

Now, while zat ees going, you beat ze eggs with ze half een half with a mixing bowl. Season eet with a teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of pepper. Just a pinch! Now you add ze Cheddar and chard mixture, and mix eet all together. Once you are confident in zis mixture, you pour eet into ze piecrust. By now, your oven should be set, so we place eet inside, and bake for about fourty-five minutes.

Of course, I do not want to keep you waiting so long! Here ees what ze finished product will be looking like!

[He moves to grab something off-screen, and that blue blur goes by the windows again... Antoine comes back.]

Voilà! A beauty, ees eet not? But eet's all by eets lonesome! But not to be worrying, for we have ze time to make a salad! I just so happen to have ze freshest of greens.

[He heads to the fridge, talking about how you can tell what is fresh and what isn't, and this time the blue blur goes across the kitchen - and the quiche plate is empty.]

First, you will need vinegar. I am most partial to red... vine...gar...

[He stares at the empty plate.]

... CA ME FAIT CHIER! C'EST DES CONNERIES! VA TE FAIRE ENCULAR -

[Aaaand the feed cuts.]
