He seemed to be doing all right, actually looking a bit bored until the knock on the door interrupts his intense stare at the ceiling. As she enters, he sits up a bit, blinking a little.

"Hi...uh..." He hesitates for a moment, trying to think. "You're...the one who brought me in...right?"

He thinks so anyway, but he's not entirely sure.
